Tip of the Day – Use Continuous Focus
When attempting to photograph a dog running directly towards you, track continuously (use AI Servo / AF-C) and shoot continuously in burst mode, at the highest frame rate your camera is capable of. Try to keep the focus point or points directly on the eyes or face. Stay low to the ground and hold the camera as steady as possible. This is one of those techniques where practice makes perfect!
